Historic Garden Week Talk with James River Institute for Archaeology
In honor of Historic Garden Week in Virginia, Nick Luccketti, principal investigator at James River Institute for Archaeology, will visit Bacon's Castle to discuss the discovery of our 17th century English formal garden. It is the oldest English formal garden discovered in North America. The talk will begin inside the Castle and end with a guided tour around the historic garden. Light refreshments will be provided.
